To protect the quality of our work and respect everyone’s time, please review the policy below:

Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment: deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: 100% of the service price will be charged.

• Same-day cancellation without notice and a reasonable explanation (with evidence): 100% will be charged. Repeated violations may result in restricted future bookings.

Late Arrival

• If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may not have enough time to complete a full set to 100%.

Service & Safety

• If excessive eye movement or difficulty keeping eyes closed prevents safe application, we reserve the right to refuse the service for your safety. In this case, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in an immediate refusal of service and you may be charged a missed-appointment fee.

Before Your Appointment

• Please avoid coffee, energy drinks (Red Bull/Monster, etc.), or other stimulants before your appointment.

• Arrive with clean lashes: no mascara and no eye makeup.

• If you come sick and put your service provider at risk, the appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the service price will be charged.
